We recently made Mini Star Pies and they were a huge hit in our household.
I’m going to be honest and say that I did not use all homemade ingredients, we definitely cheated and used these items.
My big helper cutting out the stars :)
We also made some pie pops that I forgot to take pictures of before they were devoured.
For the blueberry filling I mixed fresh blueberries with a little bit of sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
Baked them for 12-15 minutes and once they were cool enjoyed these little pies.
I hope you all have a Happy and Safe 4th of July!!
Thanks for stopping by! Be sure to check out the parties I’m linking up to here.
So adorable, whimsical and delicious too!
so cute! i'm definitely going to have to try these!
This is so COOL and such a cozy and adorable idea! I want to do this for sure. :)
These are very cute. Don't worry about the boxed pie crust. I tried to make some hand pies with a homemade crust and lets just say they were less than perfect. you can read about it on my blog, if you want!
Yummy!!! My girls would love to make these!
These look so yummy and fun to make with kids! Thanks for sharing, stopping by from Tatertots and Jello!

super cute! did they stay on the stick well? I might make these for my daughters beach birthday party – they look like starfish to me!!
Yum, those look great! I'm definitely going to try these!!
Here's why these are genius. Everyone knows that the best part of a pie is the point at the end. With star pies your get five points! Awesome.
