As I mentioned in my last post you’ll be seeing a lot of Christmas crafts, treats, and gifts over the next month. Today I’m sharing with you a handmade ornament I recently made.
I’m loving the silver and white combo this year. Maybe it’s because we don’t get snow and I long for a winter wonderland. Whatever the reason, I think they look great together and used the colors as my inspiration for this ornament. To make one you’ll need…
Glitter paint, ornaments, and some sort of vinyl stickers (found mine at Michaels)
I used the silver paint for another ornament. Stay tuned for a post on that one soon.
To make it sparkle a tad more I added some extra fine glitter
Pour the paint inside and swirl until the ornament is completely covered. Put excess paint back into the bottle. Let it dry overnight, then add your snowflakes.
If you look closely you’ll see the glitter. It’s subtle but adds a nice touch.
