Quick and easy Halloween crafts: Chevron Halloween Treat Bags.
Remember when I said I was ready for fall recipes? I also meant Fall & Halloween crafts! You’re probably not even thinking about Halloween yet but I’m excited because its one of my favorite holidays! It’s my first born’s birthday so every year we try to really make it as special as we can. This year we’re planning a big vacation trip for him, but shhh it’s a secret.
Today I’m sharing my first Halloween craft using Americana multi-surface paint.
American multi-surface paint (in Pumpkin Patch)
To make the the treat bags I lightly sprayed the stencil with spray adhesive and placed it on the bag, then used two coats of paint. Note: place a thick piece of cardstock or cardboard inside of the bag to prevent the paint from going through.
I embellished the bags with trim from the fabric store and a spider sticker. Super easy to make and are great for halloween parties. I would filled them with the small candy corn bags you’ll find around Halloween time or other wrapped fun-sized candy.
I’m really impressed with the Americana’s new multi-surface paint. I have several Halloween posts I can’t wait to share using the new paint line.
