Hey friends, today I’m participating in a Fall progressive dinner party with a fabulous group of bloggers. My husband happens to love stuffing and mushrooms. He could eat stuffing all year long! So when I ran across a quick stuffed mushrooms recipe in an old food magazine a few years ago I knew I needed to give them a try. This recipe is perfect for leftover stuffing or as a pre-dinner appetizer. Every year we have family in town from Wednesday-Sunday and each day is filled with tons of food. I plan to make these mushrooms sometime during Thanksgiving week for all of our visiting family. It’s hands down my favorite week of the year! It’s great to have everyone in town and celebrate with big family dinners every night.

Stuffed Mushrooms


  1. 1 pound white mushrooms
  2. 1 cup prepared stuffing
  3. 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  4. extra virgin olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Fill mushrooms with prepared stuffing and top with parmesan cheese. Drizzle olive oil on top.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes.
