Valentine’s Day S’mores Popcorn recipe – sweet and savory popcorn drizzled with chocolate and topped with M&M’s, miniature marshmallows and graham crackers. Thanks to Pop Secret for sponsoring today’s discussion.
Happy Friday, my friends! Valentine’s Day will be here soon and I’m still wondering where the last few weeks have gone. We started off the month stuck in holiday break mode. It took me a while to adjust back into a routine with the kids school, basketball, and ballet. Now as February approaches I’m starting to get into the Valentine’s Day spirit. So when the kids asked for a popcorn and movie night recently I knew a little Valentine’s Day Popcorn would be the perfect excuse to use up some pink and red candy laying around. I’ve shared several popcorn recipes over the years and if you’ve been a reader for a while you know I like to switch things up for the kids with holiday candy. This Valentine’s Day S’mores Popcorn is a great way to turn your popcorn into a sweet treat.
The S’mores popcorn is made with two bags of popcorn, and then drizzled with semi-sweet chocolate. Before the chocolate hardened I tossed graham cereal, M&M’s and miniature marshmallows right on top. I usually use the Homestyle popcorn flavor but I think the buttery popcorn helped balance out the sweetness from the toppings. They have a sea salt flavor that I can’t wait to try with a caramel and chocolate drizzle. That will definitely be on our list for our next fort movie night!

This looks so delicious! Sweet and salty treats are my favorites!
About how much does this make? I’m going to give as gifts inside mason jars for teachers, do you think the popcorn will stay good that way?
