Help a teacher start the school year with a Back to School Emergency Kit and printable chalkboard tags.

Back to School Teacher Emergency Kit

Back To School Teacher Essentials

We’re down to the last two weeks of summer vacation..noooo! To say that we’re sad to see summer vacation is almost over would be a major understatement. The kids are not quite ready to leave behind the lazy summer days spent relaxing by the pool and staying up late watching movies. To make the most of our end of summer break we’re visiting Southern California for a week. We’re loving the cool weather, beach, theme parks, and of course shopping for back to school essentials. Despite the saddening idea of them going back I’m almost completely done with back to school preparations. We’ve purchased the majority of their clothes and school supplies over the last week. While picking up our essentials I put together a Back to School Emergency Kit for their teachers. I’ve also attached a printable chalkboard tag with the quote “it takes a big heart to help shape little minds.”

I wanted to create a kit that has everything a teacher could possibly need, both personal and school related.

Back to school supplies

Back to school essentials for teachersI found several of the items at Michaels, including the rustic looking chalkboard crate. I absolutely love this little chalkboard holder! I picked up a few for myself in the stained wood and white finish. I know I’m getting a little ahead of myself here but I have big plans for the holidays using those crates! Oh and I also LOVE the burlap flower clip (I also see some Fall projects in the works with these).

I absolutely ADORE the little chalkboard toolbox crate!! Do you by chance have an item number or brand name so I can try to locate the item through Micheal’s??? I am unable to find it so far!
