Quick and easy garlic parmesan French fries made with fresh parsley, cheese, and garlic.

Garlic Parmesan Fries

We’re headed to our favorite vacation spot this week…Disneyland! Halloween time is our favorite time to visit the park. We’re also pretty excited to see the decorations from their 60th anniversary. What we are even more excited about is enjoying some of our favorite foods at Disneyland. I could write a whole blog post on the best places to eat and foods to try in Disneyland and California Adventure. At the top of that list would be pommes frites or better known as garlic Parmesan fries! We love making these fries with our favorite Parmesan cheese.

Parmesan FriesWe like to make our Parmesan fries with a mix of fresh garlic, dried thyme, season salt, pepper, fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese. You can make this recipe using fresh cut potatoes or take the easy route and use frozen French fries. We’ve tried both and they’re always a big hit with everyone. We recently made these over the long weekend to enjoy with our movie night. It was a nice change from the usual popcorn and it’s a great dish to share as a family.

The recipe doesn’t say what you do with the garlic. I assume it gets added along with the thyme, salt, pepper, etc.?
