I have done a similar project (but not glow in the dark, how fun is that?) in the past and had a terrible time getting the vinyl to stick to my faux pumpkin that was also purchased at Michaels (it wanted to stay on the transfer tape no mater how much pressure I applied). Did you do anything special to prep your pumpkin that helped with application?

Now that’s what I call some hootin’ pumpkins, you have it down pat using vinyl and your machine. Did it take you long to learn how to use it? Those pumpkins would be kinda eerie showing up on your front porch. My favorite was gumball machine, so darned cute.
So much imagination, sure know how to use your Cricut. I have yet to really get into it with mine, embarrassed to say. Due to my legendary digital ineptitude concerned will mess up Cricut. Been working on getting brave enuf to try it, play with a bit to see how it does work. Guess might need to buy some cartridges?
Wish Michaels would have class on how to use it, am hands on kind of person, DUH!
