I made these this morning-came out really great. I barely chilled them at all, but just patted them out w my hands and they were fine. Also, a note on the oil temp- I don’t have a thermometer. So my first ones came out really dark. I’d keep the flame really low if you’re unsure. Also, sprinkled some of the extra chopped apple on top of the glaze – really tasty! Thanks so much for the recipe.
