Cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts! Each member of my family has a specific way of eating it also, so most of the time we do exactly the same and let everyone top it themselves. A lot of times instead of using graham cracker crust we buy a box of vanilla wafers and line the bottom with either whole or crushed. Raspberries are my choice.
