My husband happens to love stuffing and mushrooms. He could eat stuffing all year long! So when I ran across a quick stuffed mushrooms recipe in an old food magazine a few years ago I knew I needed to give them a try. This recipe is perfect for leftover stuffing or as a pre-dinner appetizer. Every year we have family in town from Wednesday-Sunday and each day is filled with tons of food. I plan to make these mushrooms sometime during Thanksgiving week for all of our visiting family. It’s hands down my favorite week of the year! It’s great to have everyone in town and celebrate with big family dinners every night.
