Not overdone at all. Nice to see little bit of tree. I’d so love to have a real tree this year for the fragrance. Your ornaments are so pretty, love them. The variety you’re using is very pretty in your room. It’s such fun isn’t it along with hard work to decorate your tree every year? I love to make ornaments to give people for gifts. I’ll be pinning your ornaments to use for ideas for our craft show on 12/13.
Real trees have gotten so expensive here they’re getting way out of our budget range and we don’t get paid til Christmas Eve. Nice timing. At least it’s better than last year, day after Christmas. We get paid day before Thanksgiving also. Not too easy to take advantage of turkey bargains but at least we get paid, lol.
I don’t care if it’s a scraggly Charlie Brown tree, want that fragrance. Hope to get some spare branches to use for decorating tables and shutter shelf. Here they charge for them, (Grand Junction, CO area).
Luckily our cat and dog don’t bother tree at all. We can even leave out cat in back yard, he doesn’t bother our chickens. Our dog would really get after him if he did, dog loves his chickens, watches over them like they’re his kids.
Sure glad I clicked on your post to find great ideas to make items for our craft show.
