Tangy Corn Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded mixed cabbage with carrots
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce I used Louisiana Hot Sauce

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine cabbage and mayonnaise.
  • Add remaining ingredients and toss until fully combined.
  • Cover and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
