Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 can LIBBY’S 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 1 can granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine pumpkin puree, sugar, salt, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well blended.
  • Fold in softened ice cream and chocolate chips.
  • Fill 9x9 inch pan with ice cream. Freeze for 4-6 hours.
