OREO Ghost Cookies
Chocolate covered OREO ghost cookie - great for Halloween parties!
- 10 ounces white chocolate
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate or black melting wafers
- 6 OREO cookies
Melt dark chocolate melting wafers in a small bowl. You will only need about 2 tablespoons of melted chocolate to fill the eyes and mouth. Fill a small piping bag and snip off a small hole. Fill in the eyes and mouth of the ghost with. Let the chocolate harden before moving onto the next step. Tip place in the refrigerator for a couple minutes to speed up the process.
Melt 1 package of Ghirardelli vanilla melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl according to package directions. Pour into piping bag or use a spoon to fill ghost mold 2/3 of the way. Place an OREO cookie in the center, gently pressing down. Cover any exposed areas with remaining melting chocolate. Allow chocolate to harden completely before removing from mold.
Store in airtight container.
