Pigs in a blanket made with gluten-free puff pastry dough and everything seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 1 package cocktail sausages
  • 1 puff pastry sheet dough
  • 1 egg
  • everything but the bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Thaw puff pastry dough according to package directions.
  • Cut the dough into strips long enough to slightly overlap the cocktail sausage.
  • Press the seam closed and place on a parchment-covered baking sheet, seam side down.
  • Whisk egg and brush on top of the pigs in a blanket. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve with dipping sauces.
