Pigs In A Blanket
Pigs in a blanket made with gluten-free puff pastry dough and everything seasoning.

- 1 package cocktail sausages
- 1 puff pastry sheet dough
- 1 egg
- everything but the bagel seasoning
Preheat oven to 375.
Thaw puff pastry dough according to package directions.
Cut the dough into strips long enough to slightly overlap the cocktail sausage.
Press the seam closed and place on a parchment-covered baking sheet, seam side down.
Whisk egg and brush on top of the pigs in a blanket. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with dipping sauces.
