Preheat the oven to 375. Slice the baguette into ½-inch thick pieces. Coat the bread with olive oil on both sides then place it on a large baking sheet or two 9x13-inch baking sheets.
Toast the bread for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
Add a slice of brie on top of the bread, then top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce. Place the baking sheet back in the oven for 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Garnish with chopped pecans and a sprig of rosemary.
