Cranberry Brie Crostini Bites

Sliced baguette topped with creamy brie cheese, cranberry sauce, toasted pecans, and fresh rosemary.

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette
  • 8 oz brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375. Slice the baguette into ½-inch thick pieces. Coat the bread with olive oil on both sides then place it on a large baking sheet or two 9x13-inch baking sheets.
  • Toast the bread for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Add a slice of brie on top of the bread, then top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce. Place the baking sheet back in the oven for 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with chopped pecans and a sprig of rosemary.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
