Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 2-3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt I used vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Optional:
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • granola or nuts for topping

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients together and store in mason jar overnight. Top with granola or nuts.
