Easy Peppermint Truffles

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup I.D. Chocolate Peppermint Truffle creamer
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • toppings: crushed candy canes cocoa powder

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan melt chocolate, creamer and butter over low heat. Stir constantly until smooth.
  • Place chocolate mixture into shallow bowl; refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Scoop mixture and shape into 1-inch balls. Immediately roll in toppings.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
