Cut Swiss Rolls into 6 slices and place at the bottom of your pan. We used an 8x8-inch pan.
Spread softened ice cream on top of Swiss Rolls.
Prepare whipped cream by mixing heavy cream, sugar and vanilla in a stand mixer. Whisk for about 3 minutes or until soft peaks form.
Spread whipped cream over ice cream and place in freezer for 4-6 hours or overnight.
Add chocolate sauce before serving; slice into squares.
