Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1/4 cup yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/4 - 1/2 up Silk almond milk vanilla flavored
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup ice


  • Blend ingredients together until well combined. Add more almond milk if you prefer a thinner consistency. You can also adjust the honey or maple syrup to your preference.
  • Top with granola or pumpkin pie spice.
