In a large bowl combine flout and salt. Cut in butter into flour.
Add water a tablespoon at a time until dough can be formed in a ball.
Wrap in plastic and chill overnight. Roll dough to fit 9 inch pie dish.
In a large bowl combine apples and lemon juice.
In a small bowl combine sugars, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. Toss with apples until fully coated.
Add apple mixture into prepared pie crust.
In a medium bowl combine flour, sugars, and unsalted butter. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes.
