Almond Butter Overnight Oats

  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup milk dairy or plant-based milk
  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey, brown sugar, maple syrup, or agave syrup
  • 1-2 tbsp almond butter
  • fruit


  • Add ingredients to a mason jar and stir together. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Top with fruit, a drizzle of honey, or more almond butter if desired.
