French Toast Sticks (Gluten-Free)
Tasty cinnamon sugar french toast sticks made in the air fryer

- 4 slices of bread
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk or heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Cinnamon Sugar Topping
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Cut 4 thick slices from a loaf of bread. Slice into 1-inch sticks.
Whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla in a bowl.
Mix cinnamon and sugar in a separate dish.
Dip sliced bread into egg mixture then coat with cinnamon sugar.
Prep air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place French toast sticks on the basket.
Cook in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cinnamon Sugar Topping
Drizzle melted butter over warm French toast sticks. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar (mixed together) over French toast sticks.
Serve warm or cool to room temperature to store in an airtight freezer-friendly container.
