Almond Butter Energy Balls
No-bake energy balls made with almond butter, oats, flaxseed, and mini chocolate chips.

- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup flaxseed
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Combine ingredients in a bowl.
Scoop into 1-inch balls using a cookie scoop. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Freeze in airtight container for up to 3 months.
