No-bake energy balls made with almond butter, oats, flaxseed, and mini chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup flaxseed
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in a bowl.
  • Scoop into 1-inch balls using a cookie scoop. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
  • Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Freeze in airtight container for up to 3 months.
