In reply to Lydia. Mine came to 1in by 3/4 in each or about 10oz all together for 3 bars. I also put in a couple teaspoons of sunflower oil for moisturizer. I also did a few drops each of vanilla extract and vanilla essential oil. Vanilla e.o. has so many healing properties I had to add it and it was amazing!

Can I add something like cocoa butter or coconut oil to add more moisturizer? Or Almond oil?

In reply to Gretchen. i have personally made coffee scrubs in the past and if i know i will be making it i will go to the store and get under a 1/4 lb of whole bean coffee and just use the store machine to grind it into either french press or espresso grind. it makes it much smaller and you don't have that worry of drains. how that helps :)

I ordered mine online and it got here in one large solid brick. My question is… About how big should each of the cubes be for this recipe?

I had a friend that used to make soap with coffee in it and it’s a wonderful exfoliant. Not to mention it smells so good. I’m going to try this vanilla-coffee one. Pure heaven.

I bet this is fabulous! Could you substitute vanilla extract for the essential oil?
