Healthy pumpkin shake filled with protein and chia seeds.
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup greek nonfat yogurt plain
- 1/4 cup almond milk vanilla flavored
- 1 tablespoon protein powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup ice
- Granola for topping optional
