Gluten-Free Oreo Balls
An easy no-bake treat made with gluten-free Oreo cookies, cream cheese, and chocolate. This three-ingredient Oreo ball truffle recipe is always a party favorite!
- 36 Oreo cookies gluten-free
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 16 oz chocolate milk, white, or dark chocolate
Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine cookie crumbs.
Mix in softened cream cheese until well combined.
Scoop into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Place the oreo balls in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl according to package directions.
Dip the frozen oreo ball in the melted chocolate, shake off excess, and place on the baking sheet. Allow the chocolate to set before adding chocolate drizzle with remaining chocolate and a piping bag. Sprinkle with Oreo cookie crumbs.
Refrigerate the Oreo balls for at least an hour. Keep them stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months.
