Easy Fish Tacos and Fish Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- Young's Beer Battered Cod Filets
- For the fish sauce:
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Juice from 1 lime
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp salt
- Garnishes:
- Red cabbage
- Avocado
- Red onion
- Cilantro
Instructions
- Prepare cod filets according to package directions, in conventional oven or fryer.
- Combine fish sauce ingredients in a bowl; set aside until ready to use.
- Warm tortilla and begin preparing fish tacos. Cut cod filets to fit tortillas; garnish with desired toppings.
