Cadbury Mini Eggs Dip

Creamy cheesecake dip made with crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs candies. 


  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Cadbury Mini Eggs candies, crushed


  1.  In a stand mixer or medium bowl beat cream cheese and butter together.

  2. 2. Add brown sugar, confectioner's sugar, and vanilla until well combined.

  3. 3. Stir in Cadbury Mini Eggs candies with a spatula.

  4. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
