Crush Oreo cookies in a plastic bag or food processor into fine crumbs.
Combine crushed cookies and cream cheese.
Scoop into 1-inch balls, then place on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 15 minutes or until firm.
Melt white chocolate wafers according to package directions. Dip oreo truffles in melted chocolate. Place the truffles back on the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
Melt the green wafers, then transfer the melted chocolate to a piping bag. Add a green circle on top of the eyeball then place a brown M&M in the center.
Repeat the melting process with the red wafers and pipe veins along the sides of the truffles.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
