Spooky eyeball oreo balls are easy to make and festive for a Halloween party or movie night dessert. This simple, no-bake treat is made with crushed oreo cookies, cream cheese, white chocolate, and candy decorations.

Halloween is approaching quickly, and I’ve enjoyed creating new treats with the kids. This year we’re adding eyeball oreo ball truffles to our annual Halloween dinner menu. They’re so simple to make and delicious to snack on.

This recipe is made with the classic oreo ball truffle base of oreo cookie crumbs and cream cheese. The mixture is scooped into balls and dipped in white chocolate. To decorate, red melting wafers or icing pens create veins, and an M&M candy is placed on top of green candy melts.

Eyeball Oreo Ball Truffles Ingredients

  • Oreo cookies – regular or gluten-free oreo cookies. Seasonal flavors also work well in this recipe as long as they’re not double-stuffed.
  • Cream cheese – softened cream cheese helps bind the cookie crumbs together to make a truffle-like base.
  • White chocolate – the truffle balls are dipped in melted white chocolate, almond bark, or white melting wafers.
  • Red and green melting wafers – decorate the eyeballs with green on the top center and red lines to create veins. Red icing will also work.
  • Brown M&Ms – press a brown candy or upside-down chocolate chip on top of the eye.
