Mini Star Pies

We recently made Mini Star Pies and they were a huge hit in our household.
I’m going to be honest and say that I did not use all homemade ingredients, we definitely cheated and used these items.
My big helper cutting out the stars :)
We also made some pie pops that I forgot to take pictures of before they were devoured.
For the blueberry filling I mixed fresh blueberries with a little bit of sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
Baked them for 12-15 minutes and once they were cool enjoyed these little pies.
I hope you all have a Happy and Safe 4th of July!!
Thanks for stopping by! Be sure to check out the parties I’m linking up to here.

These are very cute. Don't worry about the boxed pie crust. I tried to make some hand pies with a homemade crust and lets just say they were less than perfect. you can read about it on my blog, if you want!
