Remember my Pottery Barn Decor post? Well I had found these pumpkin candles from PB that I absolutely adored. Being the frugalista that I am, I decided not to order them but rather make a knock off out of real pumpkins.
What I did was simply trace the tea light on each pumpkin, then with a paring knife cut out the hole. The whole process of cutting and cleaning out the pumpkins took maybe 10 mins.
I realize these won’t last very long but when these cute little pumpkins are 3 for $1, I’ll take that over PB’s price any day!
They are beautiful and will fabulous as a dining room centerpiece. Way to go! La

They will last longer if you rub vasaline on the cut insides. it keeps moisture in and the nasties from growing.
