Caramel Marshmallow Latte

Hey friends! I hope you’re enjoying the last few days of summer vacation. That is of course unless school has already started in your neck of the woods. We are on our last week (insert sad face here). It’s been a great one with a few trips along the California coast. So even though I’ve complained about having to get back into a busy routine I can’t help get a little excited as the day approaches. Having the kids go to two different school means there’s going to be a lot of running around, not to mention having the little guy to entertain all day. It’s going to be a major adjustment but I think I’m ready for a routine again. I plan to read emails, edit pictures, etc. in the early mornings before the kids wake up. I’ve spent a lot time of time away from my computer these last few months to spend with the kids. It’ll be nice to get back on a schedule where I can set aside time to get back into the swing of things. I know I will definitely need a lot of coffee to get me through the day, especially after the lazy summer days. I’m always looking forward to trying new creamers to try and this caramel marshmallow creamer from International Delight is delicious! Today I’m sharing a quick caramel marshmallow latte recipe that you can make at home.

Marshmallow LatteThe creamer is fat free and sugar free, so technically this drink could be as well without the added ingredients. But what’s the fun in that? :) In this latte recipe I combined the creamer with a hot cup of strong coffee, and caramel sauce (try salted caramel sauce..mmm). I then topped it with whipped cream and a toasted marshmallow. The marshmallow is more of a prop but who can resist a warm gooey marshmallow? See, totally necessary in my opinion.
