Spray Painted Jars

I decided to change up our guest bathroom a bit and wanted to spray paint a few jars for the new decor.
I started out with this jar
Then I looked in the fridge and found a couple more jars..
I spray painted them Krylon Blue Ocean Breeze (2-3 coats)
Hot glued some twine around the mouth of the jar and I was done!
The two smaller jars have become tea light holders for my new beach themed bathroom (more on that later)
The large jar is going to be my new flower vase
You all know how I love quick and easy projects, and this is definitely one of them!
I’m excited about redecorating our guest bathroom. The next few weeks I have finals, but hopefully I can continue working on it and have time to show you the progress as it comes together. Thanks for stopping by!

Love the color choice. I really adore recycled glass and I saw some at Joann's with that sort of twine wrapped around the neck. Such a wonderful touch!

What a great idea…I think I need some of these in the colors I'm using to redo my scrapbook studio space…hmmmm, a bunch of jars, all different colors to corral my supplies. And the twine, yeah, another twine lover, I'm always using it in my projects! I found you over at Today's Creative, just signed up to follow, stop by when you get a chance https://juliechats.blogspot.com

Brilliant! They look terrific. I always feel bad throwing away or recycling empty glass jars from mayo or gravy or whatever else we eat that comes in glass jars. I can just never think of crafts to use them for. Spray painting them is such a great idea. And the twine to cover up the top is really smart. A cute ribbon would look good too. Thanks for the idea. These look terrific!
