I can’t stop making black & white Halloween decorations this year..I just love the combo! I also can’t get over these cute little white pumpkins I found at Target recently. With some new Lifestyle Crafts cutting dies I was able to transform a plain white pumpkin into a spooky spider pumpkin to add to my Halloween decor.

Lifestyle Crafts Tricks 'N Treats

From the new Tricks ‘N Treats collection I used the Spiderweb Punches die to embellish this itty bitty pumpkin. I simply cut the dies out then ran them through my Xyron machine. Off topic but I purchase this at Michaels about 6 years ago and recently found it in my garage with the original cartridge. What was I thinking!?! I love this thing! Have you used one? You can create stickers out of anything that will fit. I purchased it for my scrapbooking but as you can see I’m way behind on my scrapbooking if I just recently discovered it again. My only complaint about using it with such small dies is that a lot of the stickiness got on top of the spiders. But overall I like my new Halloween spider pumpkin, it’s different and the colors work perfectly with my decor.

Lifestyle Crafts Dies

Have YOU pulled out the Halloween decorations? What are your favorite Halloween colors?

I love this! So clever and creepy. My weekly linky party–One Creative Weekend–has gone spooky this week in honor of my thirteenth party. If you haven’t already, I hope you’ll visit “One Creative Weekend” on OneCreativeMommy.com (open every Fri-Wed) and link up this idea and anything else you’d like to share. (You can include non-Halloween posts as well, but feel free to link up as many Halloween-themed posts as you like.) There are two categories—one for Halloween and one for everything else.

So cute Crystal! It looks almost like a patterned paper from far away, and then it is 3-D close up :) I love the black and white combo too!

I’m in a black & white {with silver/burlap added as well}. Later in the week, I have a fun spider tutorial that would be fun around or hanging near that pumpkin!

Love the cloth beneath!

I want to do this to make my husband jump! He HATES spiders. Sounds so familiar. I have a Cricut and need to use it more too! really cute idea and I like the pumpkin against the spider web table cloth. I do like black and white designs. We have decked out the front porch for the kids and we went with the colored ghosts that change colors.
