Hosting an ice cream party this Summer? Here’s a quick tutorial on how to create ice cream party invitations in under 10 minutes! DIY Popsicle Invites We recently had the opportunity to sample six ice cream brands and we couldn’t be more excited about the flavors we chose! I was able to sneak off to the grocery store by myself when I picked up the ice cream so they had no clue what was going on. I wanted to make it a fun surprise so I made ice cream party invitations and left them outside of their room doors. My son was the first to find his invite so he kind of spilled the beans for my daughter but she was equally as excited when she found hers.

We chose Breyers Oreo cookies and cream, Magnum Ice Cream  bars with almonds, Popsicle hello kitty pops, Klondike sandwiches, Fruttare coconut bars, and Good Humor Reese’s ice cream bars. My kids were thrilled when I told them we were having an ice cream taste testing family night. “We can try all of them?” my daughter asked. Her eyes lit up when I said yes. So sweet! We cut small pieces of each ice cream into cupcake liners and had everyone in the family sample one of each. Ice Cream taste testing party Each kid had a different favorite ice cream. I loved the magnum almond bars! Have you tried them? This was my first time and I thought they were super yummy! The fruttare coconut bars were my second favorite. We all like Klondike bars so we had to try the sandwiches and they definitely did not disappoint! My daughter picked the hello kitty Popsicles as her favorite..naturally! My husband is a lover of all things Reese’s so the new Reese’s bars were his favorite. The little guy just picked what his sister had. HA! Ice Cream 1 The ice cream party invites were very easy to make and only required a few supplies. -Cardstock -Popsicle sticks -Washi tape -Glue -Corner rounder Step one: trim cardstock to 2 1/2 x 4 inches; round corners. Step two: add two strips of washi tape to the front of the cardstock to make them look like original Popsicle lines. Step three: glue two Popsicle sticks to the back of the cardstock Step four: glue the invitation to the back of the cardstock. I made a very basic printable in word but you could personalize this with a date, time, address, and phone number. Ice Cream Party Invitations Ice Cream Party
