Can you believe it’s already the end of May? I feel like it was only yesterday we were preparing for Mother’s Day and now Father’s Day is quickly approaching. The last few weeks have been crazy for us. I feel like it’s been nonstop birthday parties, field trips, graduations, etc. My daughter graduated preschool last week and this week my husband graduated with his Masters. Between those two events and everything else going on it’s been hard to keep track of everything. The next two weeks will be even busier with a vacation to the coast coming up. Keeping this in mind I’ve been working with the kids on making easy Father’s Day gifts. The kids love making him cards and candy bouquets every year. I also have a handprint art tradition where each year is a different “animal” handprint. You can see the fish and octopus handprint art here from a few years ago.
