Whether you’re hosting a 4th of July BBQ or backyard campout these s’mores kits make a great party favor with this free s’mores printable gift tag.
It’s that time again when s’mores make a frequent appearance to our diet. We can’t seem to get enough of making s’mores in the backyard while the kids debate over what is the best candy to add in. I love classic s’mores with Hershey’s but every summer we venture out and try new candy pieces like Reese’s, cookies n’ cream Hershey bars, and fruit. We’re hosting a little Summer kick-off party this weekend and I can’t wait to build a s’mores display with all of our favorite ingredients. In preparation for the party I’m making s’mores treat boxes as party favors.
The s’mores kits were made with the Hamburger box die from Lifestyle Crafts. Seriously, how cute is this box? I can think of all sorts of BBQ and 4th of July party ideas to use it for.
Supplies:
Hamburger Box Die
Evolution die cutting machine
Adhesive
S’mores Printable Tag
The box is fairly simple to put together once it’s been cut using the Evolution machine. The die cuts it in one piece and you simply fold on the perforated lines and glue the tabs together. That’s it! It’s very easy to use and the perfect size for two graham crackers, two marshmallows, and a fun size Hershey’s bar.
I made this s’mores printable tag and used a tape runner to add to the top of the box.
I can’t wait to hand out these s’mores party favors to our guests. In the next few weeks I plan to make a printable for our 4th of July BBQ as well.
Thanks for stopping by!
Can you tell me where you get those flat marshmallows? I would love to make some for 4th of July but I have never seen marshmallows like these.
