DIY Holographic Confetti Push Up Pops – create mini confetti push up poppers with mirrored tape and printable tags for your New Year’s Eve party.
Hi Friends! Can you believe the year is coming to an end? This year has flown by! I have to admit I’m ready for a new year to begin. There is something so exciting about starting the year with new goals, plans and dreams to look forward to. We usually welcome in the new year with a kid-friendly party for the kids. I like to set up a small party display with apple cider, appetizers, mini dessert bites, confetti poppers and party hats. This year I was thrilled when Duck Tape asked if I would like to try their new mirror tape. The holographic mirror tape is perfect for making confetti poppers!Duck Mirror®

I went with the blue/purple Duck Mirror® tape for this year’s confetti poppers. The gold and silver mirror tape is another great option for New Year’s eve parties. They also have a line of Duck Texture® tape that you can use to decorate party supplies, craft projects and even school supplies.
Supplies:

Printable Happy New Year Tag
Hole punch & twine Step one: wrap holographic Duck Tape around the push-up pop container. Step two: fill with confetti and snap the lid closed.
Step three: add printable tag with twine and a small hole punch.
I know confetti isn’t for everyone (I mean, it totally should be). I remember how much fun we had with confetti poppers on New Year’s eve as kids. My kids look forward to them every year! However, I know how messy it can get. If you’re looking for an alternative you could add a small note (maybe a positive message for the new year), candy or fortune cookies.
