It’s that time again…to potty train that is. First let me begin by saying that I am not ready for my little girl to be potty trained. Does that make me crazy? She’s been using the potty on and off since she was 18 months old and we have never pushed it on her. If she asks to use her potty we take her, if not then we don’t bother. She’s starting to become a lot more interested in it and the other day she said “no diaper, undies please” *tear* So we decided to go ahead and start potty training and see where it goes. I never used a potty reward system with my son but we’re trying it out with Madi.
I was inspired by this cute jar.
This is what I used:
I used an elastic band and tied ribbon onto it.
Originally I used small letters but they looked horrible and kept peeling off, so I ended up taking off the little letters and using the letters on the right instead.
Does anyone have any advice on potty training they can offer? It’s been so long since Jay was potty trained that I feel new at all of this. I’d love to hear what worked/what didn’t for your child.
Have a great weekend everyone! Check out where I’m linking up to here.

I love your little jar! We're in the middle of potty training and I wish I had seen this before … I would have made something cute. I did put a little pep talk in vinyl on the potty :) … you can see it here: https://6dukes.blogspot.com/2011/12/potty-training-with-earths-best.html.

Thanks for sharing … visiting from Tatertots and Jello.
