Happy Friday! Any exciting plans this weekend? It’s going to be 110 for the next week days so we plan to stay indoors where it’s cool. The kids and I are headed to the craft store today for a craft – a – thon this weekend, anything to keep them busy and avoid hearing the oh so dread “I’m bored” comment. Today I have an easy mason jar gift idea to share. I showed you a sneak peek of this S’mores in a jar mason jar gift last week and today I have a full tutorial on how to make the stamp embossed gift tag.

The mason jar trend has been around for quite some time now and I don’t think I’ll ever get over it. I think gifts in mason jars might be the best idea ever! Today I combined two of my favorite things; s’mores and mason jars to create a patriotic gift for family, friends, or neighbors. This would make a great BBQ party favor gift to send home with your guest or as a hostess gift.

To make the tag I stamped a design using Rangers embossing ink and a stamp from Hobby Lobby. Then poured American Crafts gold embossing powder. Oh and I used a template to cut out the tag but you could hand cut it or use a cutting machine as well.

I used my Crop A Dile to add a wide eyelet to the tag. then finished it off with American Crafts glitter tape (my fave!) and a Pebbles patriotic sticker.

SAMSUNG CSCI then finished it off with some jute twine and had the perfect s’mores in jar gift for the Fourth of July!patriotic mason jar gift

Thanks for stopping by!

Super cute idea! I love it! And I think I love the tag almost as much as the smores! But that is debatable… :)
